In the beginning of 5:00, Croco tells Cubey their 4:00 has cancelled, and to wait for their 5:00. When he arrives they go to Croco's office and see the Clock Witch, who puts a curse on the boys, sealing Cubey in a sticker, much to everyone's great chagrin.
