5:00 PM takes place is the year 2080. In the last 60 years, people are still around but now we have witches and wizards, ghouls and goblins, bubbles, skulls and talking cyclops crocodile men. Or just lizard people, you could call Croco a lizard person, that'd be fine. Anyways, the aliens are real (in 5:00) and Nixon Bubble is an alien. His cousins came to visit one time and scared the crap out of everyone around.
